Pre-Purchase Comprehensive Building and Timber Pest Inspection
The Pre-Purchase Comprehensive Inspection Report investigates and reports primarily into the structural elements of the building. Additionally, many second and third fit areas are covered including exterior spaces, driveways, electrics, appliances, and plumbing.
To ensure your peace of mind and protection of your future home or asset any structural deficiency needs to be highlighted prior to a settlement being made for the property. Repairs concerning structural defects can be very expensive to repair and are not uncommon in older buildings.
Our report provides a comprehensive overview of the following areas:
Roof Exterior
Building Exterior
Sub Floor Space
Roof Space
Building Interior
We also check and report on the following:
Boundary Fencing and Retaining Walls
Driveways & Paths
Gutters & Downpipes
Doors and Windows
Plumbing Fixtures and Fittings, Basins, Baths, Toilets and Taps
Oven, Range Hood, and Cooktop
Air Conditioning
Smoke Detectors and RCD’s (Safety Switches)

Anything that is structurally unsound will be highlighted in the report along with any identified faults needing to be remedied prior to purchase. Aesthetic faults (internal painting etc.) are not reported upon in this inspection due to it being a pre-owned home.
