Q. When is payment due?

We advise you to make payment at least 24 hours before the commencement of your inspection to ensure a guaranteed inspection time slot.

If your inspection is carried out at short notice, then payment will be due within 24 hours of the inspection commencement time. Full payment for services must be made before any inspection reports are delivered.


Q. How long does it take for my report to be delivered?

Your comprehensive building inspection report will be delivered within 24 hours from the time your inspection commenced. We aim to deliver your report well within the above time frame, and usually within 12 hours.

If anything major is detected during your inspection, we will call or email you immediately to discuss the findings.

Q. How are your reports delivered?

Your report will be delivered digitally as an Adobe® PDF to your email address. The file that can be easily viewed across all your devices. The report is also formatted to be printable with your home or office desktop printer.

Q. Can I obtain a printed report?

We provide a digital report as standard for your convenience. Providing a digital report allows us to remain competitive whilst also offering a fast turn-around time for reporting our findings. All of our reports can be printed on a standard desktop printer.

We can print and mail a copy of your report at your request. The price for this service is $25 per report.
